Defective Items or Incorrect Shipments
Defective items or incorrect shipments must be reported to us within THREE business day of receipting the merchandise. You must notify us via e-mail at support@myphonestrap.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to go further. We strongly suggest that you send us e-mail for future references. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. You must return the reported item(s) within TEN business day after obtaining a RMA number. We will inspect and examine the returned item(s). If the defect you described is found, we will process the next step either ship a replacement or refund the money to you. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you. In most case, we will NOT be responsible for ANY shipping cost.
Unopened Items
Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original packing and in good condition will receive a refund. Service charge is not refundable. We will refund the purchase cost of the items minus 20% for the restocking fee. In any case, we will not responsible for any shipping cost. You MUST report to us within THREE business day of receipt of merchandise via email at support@myphonestrap.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
We strongly suggest that you send us e-mail for tracking references. We will not accept any return package without the RMA number. When you mail the item back to us, please send them back along with any free items and a note and or an explanation regardless why you are returning the item. In most cases, YOU are responsible for the cost of returning to us and re-shipping to you.
Time Required
Normally, it takes about 2-3 weeks to process an exchange or return. Please send your package to us via a reliable carrier such as USPS, FEDEX, or UPS with tractable services (insurance recommended). We will NOT responsible for any lost package while returning to us.
