International Order:Due to the shipping charges increase, please contact us before you order if your shipping address is not in USA.
Shipping Carrier:All orders will ship by USPS unless customers request specific shipping carriers. Please email us to confirm whether you choose to use a specific shipping carriers with additional surcharges.
Cancellations:Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not already been shipped. Please keep in mind that our normal shipping time will be 1-2 business days after we receive your order!
General Ordering:All orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis. We will notify you if we don't have the items in stock.
Payment:We gladly accept Money Orders, Cashiers Check, and Paypal on all orders.
Product Damaged by Shipper:If you buy the insurance for your package, please email at support@myphonestrap.com before returning any item damaged through shipping process. We can contact the shipper and file an immediate claim on your behalf.
If you did not buy the insurance for your package, we will not be responsible for your shipment such as loss and damaged while shipping.
